This cheerful ornament was designed by Jaslynn, age 7 from Walkersville, MD.
Jaslynn was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder when she was 3. She struggled with all aspects of social, communications and self-regulation skills. She received Early Childhood intervention until she aged out and then started with an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program full time.
Jaslynn’s ABA program is 5 days a week, and while she showed incredible progress, the cost for the program caused a financial challenge for her parents. Thanks to a medical grant from UHCCF to cover the copays for her ABA therapy, Jaslynn is now a beautiful social butterfly!
Ornament is made from high quality metal and is 3.25” in diameter. Includes red ribbon, soft protective pouch, and a card that features a photo of Jaslynn and her story.
