Returns Policy

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival!  In the off chance that something doesn’t seem right, claims for damaged or defective items must be reported to us at sales@uhccf.org within 7 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit or exchange. 

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. 

Gift Cards are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.   

To ensure that we accurately complete your refund or exchange we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase be enclosed with the item(s) you are returning.  Please indicate on the receipt or proof of purchase if you are requesting a refund or exchange and why.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of receiving your approval, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@uhccf.org. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received or if the item(s) you received are different than what you ordered.   We will only exchange for the same item, unless you received the wrong item(s).  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary. 

Defective or damaged

Damaged or damaged items must be reported to us at sales@uhccf.org within 7 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit or exchange Take photos of the defective or damaged item with tags on and the damaged/defective area.

Email your images to sales@uhccf.org. Please indicate defective or damaged in the subject line. Also, include your order information. First and last name, order number, and defective/damaged product name.  You will receive a response from our customer care team!  

Gifts (if applicable) 
If you are returning an item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return.  Once the returned item(s) is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.  Please write your email address on the receipt or proof of purchase you are including with your return.

If the item(s) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return. 

Shipping of Returns
To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to the address below. You must include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s) you are returning.  Please indicate on the receipt or proof of purchase if you are requesting a refund or exchange and why.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item(s) valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
